Service Description
Perfect for those that want to learn more about why certain coffees taste the way they do, for those who want help learning how to choose their coffee or for those who simply want to get more out of their coffee shop visits. In this class, we will explain how coffee is grown, harvested and processed before it arrives at our roastery, and how to use the information on a bag of beans to choose the coffee you’ll love the most. In this class we will try different brewing methods (espresso, french press, filter) and different roast levels (light, medium and dark roasted coffees). Talking through each coffee, you will learn what to look for when buying coffee to get the perfect one for you, and hopefully find some new favorites on the way! The class takes place in our roastery, so you will also learn about the roasting process firsthand. Each coffee class has a maximum of 3 participants.
